i'm sure the founding fathers intended on citizens being monitored and tracked by their new government, because that totally sounds like freedom to me. then again, i don't suppose they reckoned on commie traitors taking over the country they just won from the same kind of oppression we've become. what would they say about the left coast, i wonder? i dare say they might suggest it's time for a new revolution, but i'm clearly not a scholar....

Stolen? I would think that number would be high for car break-ins. I thought it was a typo. This number tells it all. A failure of a culture, of parents unable to control their "good" boys, of police who seem to be going into hibernation to wait for a more favorable environment to catch criminals, and of politicians who couldn't care less.

I think the Activists who own our politicians want us to Live with a greater degree of lawlessness. That's why the cameras. They're not serious about solving the problem Here is what they really want: Close prisons Criminals are really oppressed people so let them go The legal systems is unfair to oppressed criminals, so let them go So it is our job to "harden" our lifestyles or businesses Because the Activists and Politicians want high lawlessness

The entire city council and the entire OPD shoudl resign if they have an ounce of integrity. Clueless woke voters electing politicians based on race, gender identity,ethnicity..every voter shoudl be ashmed of themselves becaus eit is their decision that has put so many people esp this woman at such deep despair. No punishment is serious and severe enough for the voters in Oakland and Alaeda county. Same goes for berkeley,San Francico,Palo Alto,Santa Cruz etc. Woke voters have lot more harm to Averagre Americans than 9/11 terrorists.

When I had my Corvette commuting to SF and would drive through Oakland I kept it moving. Don't stop for too long (or at all), don't let yourself get boxed in and keep your head on a swivel. I would also carry something to protect yourself. You can't rely on the cops to save you. Parts of Oakland look like a third world country.

Camera's will get taken down or destroyed. Oaklands mayor doesn't care about the crime, want proof? Thao missed the application deadline for a grant that would help lower crime. At this point she wants the city to go down in flames, but than again who is surprised when you vote in same people year after year, the only difference is their name, their thoughts and intents are the same.

Until stealing cars becomes an, "Instant Death Sentence," they will never stop huh? We have to go back to the, "WILD WEST DAYS!" They had to make stealing horses an, "Instant Death Sentence," to bring an end to Stealing Horses. Use a gun in a crime in the old West, it would be an, "Instant Death Sentence!"

A week old crime, guilty or not, requires a warrant and cannot be called an exception for entering a home in hot pursuit. This chief's explanation makes his force look incompetent and slow. The pursuit started a week ago, the perpetrator outran his obviously out of shape officers, getting home a week ahead of their pursuit and a week later the cops finally arrived at the perpetrator's home, instead of just running into the home in hot pursuit, they take a rest outside trying to convince the owner to let them in without a warrant! After the owner refuses, they take it upon themselves to kick in the home's door, injuring the owner, arresting the perpetrator and justifies the warrantless entry because they were in a state of continuous pursuit!😂😂😂😅 I THINK NOT!
